My name is Jennifer Ward I’m an astute and aesthetically talented professional, who prides myself in prioritizing and managing intricate workloads; as well as being able to efficiently and effectively work within a specific time frame. I can work well on my initiative, in addition to working well as part of a multidisciplinary team; as a self-assured conversationalist, I am able to confidently lead and manage a team proficiently. As of date, my experiences include the application of learning theories, instructional methodologies, and curriculum mapping; all of which align with human performance goals in higher learning and organizational training.
